Goods were there one minute and gone the next. I want my goods back. How do I get them.

You could have tried to give less information but I'm not sure it is possible...

Ok, no more sarcasm but you'll need to give details though if you want help. What is missing, what happened, what was done, was it after an error message? Did you try to log out and back in?
