The true value of Buildings and Decorations

makrhod

Private
For no particular reason except OCD tendencies, I have worked out the value per square of all the buildings etc I have seen so far. You might be surprised, because what looks like a valuable resource often turns out to be a huge waste of space, which is always at a premium. Hope you find this helpful. Please add your own contributions for things I haven't yet seen. I have divided them into groups, with the last in each section being "Probably Not Worth It". Each value is per day unless otherwise stated.

[Edited to add: This list has been assembled as I moved through different ages, so the value will vary depending on where you are, as Emberguard says below. But I hope it is a helpful guide, especially for newer players, but do your own calculations, of course.]

Please let me know of any errors.

Biggest factor will be amount of aid received per 24 hr period. The main reason decorations are a bad decision is it’ll eat up your motivations and then you won’t be able to get your event buildings producing or protect your stuff

for more data the official wiki has the base amounts listed: Buildings page
Some of your figures are for event buildings. Some will have different numbers for different ages or be upgradeable

Quite right, and I actually came here to say just that because I had to update my own list. So I've put it in. I
included Event buildings to help people decide if it was worth using them or selling in the Auction House.

if you have the right GB's at good lvl's all the buildings in your list are useless cause your GB's will give you what you need without needing those in your city
