The Orangery critical hit

As the tooltip of this bonus says: "Gives xx% chance of dealing 150% damage against units of the same age" so I wonder what happens if my attack boost is 160%? Does it mean that when I deal a critical hit it will be weaker than my normal shot of 160%?

It seems to me something is rather outdated with this GB: the description text of this bonus or the bonus itself

think of damage as the number of health points taken off the enemy unit when you hit it, not the attack boost your unit has

so if the unit being attacked has 10 health bars and you would remove 2 normally , it will remove 3 instead
