The World’s Fair is not even a year old and if I am not mistaken this should be the first time World’s Fair Upgrades have been offered.

To buy a complete one 33,000 diamonds during a 'sale' (over £250), it cost during the event to get a second complete one roughly 24,000 diamonds (less than £200). Appears to have gone up in value since launch.
