Not a Bug: support not availible for forge of empires

  • Browser and Version: every browser
  • Overview of the bug: right-click --> support --> no matter what language, there is no support for this game!! So the info in the forum that you can contact the support is not true.
  • Screenshots: -
  • How often this occurs: every frickin time you click on support
  • Urgency: very
  • Preventative Actions none
  • Summary: has to be fixed soon
  • I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: NO! Ha!!!
  • Have you tried fixing it by using these methods?: of course not

works fine for me, have you pop-ups blocked?? that prevented me seeing it before till i disabled them for this address

the link for the support is a little bugged. You need to click some times to find the spot where the support window activates, so the support is indeed online, and has been for a very long time. So try again different places and it should work.

Okay once again. I right-click, I choose "Support"

In short: I can't find "Forge of Empires" in any of the language-support-teams

PS: The message breaks up when I type the german "ae" sound

I have tested this on multiple browsers, and it is working fine.

Can you provide a screen shot of what you see when clicking the "support" link.

okay i found out myself. cookies have to be allowed for innogames.com - you should write that down somewhere :)
