Supply boost in friends tavern

It seems like my supply boost in the friends tavern is not working I am on an recently updated ipad running version 1.211.17. Help please

if you started your productions befor using the boost , boost won't work on those productions you need to start boost 1st then start productions

Supply boost only works if running at the time of collection. We’d need to know what building, what amount was collected and what your boosts are (and whether to amount quoted is with or without the tavern boosts)
