Is the Vitruvian Man in the list of prizes? I haven't seen one yet and it's the one thing I'm missing...

No, the Vitruvian Man was part of an exclusive deal for DaVinci's Demons.

The Phoenix Statue was the same deal with Looking For Group, I thought. That's been put on the wheel, why not the Vitruvian Man?

Diferent contracts have different restrictions and expiration dates.

There was (at most) 29 quests and we had about 21 days to complete them. It sounds like the normal amount when it comes to special events (once a day).

I'm still stunned by the number of people that feel this event is "too hard" or "only for the premium" players. All of the quests in this event are pretty standard stuff, and a lot of time was given to complete them. Granted, some will be tougher than others for certain players depending upon their exact circumstances, but the idea that "the devs are out to get them" because they get plundered a lot, or haven't figured out that trading is the most effective method of getting non-deposit goods, or that trying to get into a more active guild opens up more trade opportunities, or that bribing larger players into helping with getting good trades by offering some FP's for their GB's, or any of another 1000 ways of thinking even slightly outside the box to solve an issue apart from feeling the universe and the devs are targetting you specifically to prevent you from advancing in the game. Add to that of course, that the "wheel is rigged" and "all my neighbors get awesome prizes because they buy diamonds, or are sleeping with devs, or they made a pact with the devil, etc" and "I only get silly stuff, so this event sucks". Well guess what? It's RANDOM, so the only thing going against you is either, 1) the emotionless computer hates you, 2) You are too impatient with your spins, so aren't giving yourself the best odds of getting "good stuff", or 3) you're just unlucky (it happens! LOL). I have completed all the quests and gotten all my spins. Yes, the majority (probably 75%) of my wins weren't things I really wanted much (coins and supplies for instance), but I got some good stuff like a couple of additional ProAge queens, some diamond packages, and a few new watchfires. Many of my neighbors got some REALLY good series of spins I've seen from reading the log, but curiously I don't think it's because the devs hate me (though they might, who knows?). Just accept the fact that whenever a game of chance is introduced, some people will do better than others. If everyone got the exact same things, or even "equal value" things, it defeats the concept of the event being a game of chance.

PS: NO ONE IS TRYING TO KEEP YOU FROM ENJOYING THE GAME!

"Wait until there is a good Casino wheel prize layout (for your needs), before spending your tickets".... and check the wheel frequently!
Works for me. My best "day at the casino" was going in with two tickets, and seeing the wheel almost empty, except for two double ticket and two Wishing Well rewards. I came out with two wishing wells, two tickets, and a big grin! (now just need to figure out how to make space in my city, since I also won a zeppelin, two graveyards and some other good prizes in that city :)
....
edit: I was not as lucky in my B world though; lots of supply packages and inconsequential wins there. Still very happy with this event overall though.

My best was going in at the start with 1 ticket, won a double ticket, then 10000 supplies, then another double ticket, then 5000 supplies, then another double ticket and another double ticket, then 10 forge points, then a confectionery, then 5 forge points and from the next quest finished 5 minutes later another confectionery. Extremely large grin

Question, do the confectioneries, straw huts, graveyards and beach bars update with each age you progress?

no

and the age is defined when you get them
if you get them in bronze age and build them in high middle age they will be bronze age buildings

Is there a bug with the 4 fast units? Mine doesn't seem to update. I got armored car from the casino, which counted, but the horseman I recruited did not.
Tried refreshing as well. Nada.

Support ticket time?

The quests asks you to have 4 of one type of fast unit, not a total of any 4 fast units. Easiest way to complete the quest for you now would be to recruit more horsemen in your stable.

Specifically, when you recruited your first horseman there was still only one of each type of fast (one horseman, one armored car). Thus the counter stayed at 1. As soon as you recruit a second horseman, the counter should increase to 2.

Doh, let's write this one off as a blonde moment.

I was wondering if the the prizes we win off the wheel cost to put in our city. I won a traveling circus and a clockmaker. I have not put the clockmaker in yet because of the cost. If it is free then I will make room otherwise I will have to wait.

Thank you
