Summer Casino

Hello,
I just spinned the casino roulette and my indicator was showing "2 Random Blueprints". Instead, it gave me a Victory tower, which was placed at the next pie of the roulette. I'm sure my eyes weren't tricking me. In fact, it wasn't even close to it. It was a pie away.
