Not a Bug: Story quest error

Hello gamers,

Will keep it short and sweet. I have reached the "Smoke her out" story quest but have an issue moving forward. Before reaching the quest I had already scouted and acquired the province, yet it's still requests that I obtain 4 sectors?
What can I do to proceed? Cheers

those bugs (north/east/south of ... is not the province itself) exist since 6 years and are still not fixed

This is not a bug, but an explanation trying not to reveal the name of the next province as your city DOESN'T KNOW the name. They cannot include the name of something that hasn't showed up and you have no information at all. Just carefully read the text. You also have done one of the parts.
