The Amount of diamonds that are needed for some things is much to much, I'd recommend starting with 20-35 diamonds to get people on their way. Lowering the costs of diamonds for most things in the game should be done.

Thank you!

600 diamonds for a single Zeppelin is just rediculus :( It's even more rediculus that the Zeppelin costs 100 diamonds more than the Natural History museum, but still the Zeppelin provides 500 less happiness.

The blueprint cost (200 diamonds) is ok, but please lower the costs for buildings. And please don't raise the premium buildings costs for each age. I mean, 2 eras further and what, will a single cultural building cost 800 diamonds? Also, please base the diamond cost depending on the buildings size.

Come up with a base cost for cultural buildings. In this example, lets say 300 diamonds. The base size is 4x4 squares. Bronze Age gets -50% cost and Iron Age gets -25% cost.

Examples:

Theater
Cost: 0.5
Squares: 4x3 = 12
Modifier: 12 / 16 = 0.75
Diamonds: 300 x 0.5 = 150 x 0.75 = 113 diamonds

Amfitheater
Cost: 0.75
Squares: 4x4 = 16
Modifier: 16 / 16 = 1
Diamonds: 300 x 0.75 = 225 x 1 = 225 diamonds

Pillory
Cost: 1
Squares: 2x2 = 4
Modifier: 4 / 16 = 0.25
Diamonds: 300 x 1 = 300 x 0.25 = 75 diamonds

Printer
Cost: 1
Squares: 3x3 = 9
Modifier: 9 / 16 = 0.5625
Diamonds: 300 x 1 = 300 x 0.5625 = 169 diamonds

Palace
Cost: 1
Squares: 4x4 = 16
Modifier: 16 / 16 = 1
Diamonds: 300 x 1 = 300 x 1 = 300 diamonds

Travelling Circus
Cost: 1
Squares: 5x5 = 25
Modifier: 25 / 16 = 1.5625
Diamonds: 300 x 1 = 300 x 1.5625 = 469 diamonds

Natural History Museum
Cost: 1
Squares: 6x4 = 24
Modifier: 24 / 16 = 1.5
Diamonds: 300 x 1 = 300 x 1.5 = 450 diamonds

Zeppelin
Cost: 1
Squares: 3x6 = 18
Modifier: 18 / 16 = 1.125
Diamonds: 300 x 1 = 300 x 1.125 = 338 diamonds

A similiar system could be used for premium production buildings aswell :)

falcon's suggestion would be making the game easier (you made every single price cheaper! the base size should equal the base price (500 diamonds)). Also, it feels like I'm earning more diamonds from quests as I get further into the tech tree, so the rising costs isn't too crazy, but I still understand scaling the diamond costs.
@Joxii: there are a (very) few costs that are under 30 diamonds like the collect all feature, boosting one production, healing a unit, and saving spoiled supplies. The only way you would see a building in the picture would most likely be a 1x1 premium decoration that cost double the coins/supplies as normal.

Personally I just think most things should be lowered, just because with all this it's hard to keep up.
