And still this proposal would not hurt that at all. If the only thing someone can polivate in your city is a decoration, then that's what will happen. You lose nothing, they lose nothing. Why is this being opposed when the people who find decorations useful in the way you do Jo, have nothing to lose by it?

i havent opposed it, this has turned into more of a discussion about removing decs than voting on their aid piority
