Forwarded: Smoke Animations sometimes despite being off

  • Browser and Version: Chrome latest
  • Overview of the bug: The last few days, I'm seeing smoke animations in my city even though I have them disabled in the settings. They are not always there. Sometimes I will go into another screen like GvG then when I come back out they have appeared.
  • How often this occurs: Daily several times
