Selling building after accepting Quest reward brings Quest back

Sometimes when I sell a building a short moment after I received the reward for a finished quest, that same quest pops up and I have to "accept". Last time it happend a minute ago after conquering Fel Dranghyr when I sold an obelisk, so it's definetly not just about building-quests.

The quest does not "really" become active again, but it's kind of weird.
I'm not sure if it's always the quest just finished, but always one I completed before (just or some time before).
