You don't actually receive the reward(unless its an expansion). u gain a resource field that will allow you produce more of that item in a goods building later on.
for example when you build a goods building it will take 4 hrs to make 1 of that item, lets say "stone" , but if you own a sector with rock in it you'll be able to produce 4 stone per 4 hours as apposed to the 1.

Actually I mean the small sector parts.
For example 60gold or 50supply etc.
The part with expansion or stone dye etc. is no problem.

Yeah, when I win a battle for a sector I don't win supplies or gold. (I realise, I had lost an important amount of gold and supllies !!)

Yes, the bug is real. BUT:
I have 1745 money. Attack a 70$ province. After I Conquered it, my money is 1745. Then I recruit a spearman (25$), and my money is 1790. So, the system count the money, just no write it after the conquering.
