Confirmed: Scroll bars appeared?

Playing on firefox, scroll bars have appeared to cope with https://prnt.sc/zs91rq whatever those two new things are on the bottom of the screen. I now have to use the scroll bars to see the full screen.
I tried it on Chrome..(I don't use Chrome for the game btw) and the same issue is there too.
Screen grabs attached. The screen is 2560x1440. Hope this helps.
