Interesting thought, though, with the "IXC"! -- One hundred (C) minus ten (X) and further minus one (I)!

Analysis:

It seems that the "I" only interacts with the "V" or "X" and can never precede "C" or "D"!

"V" and "X" are a pair of twin planets!

"C" and "D" are another pair of twin planets! -- No, correct that -- "C" and "D" are a pair of twin stars!

The "I"s are satellites to the planets! They are not directly related with the stars!

These lead to another puzzle -- can "V" precede "C" or "D"???

Seems not! Between the twin planets, only the bigger planet can interact with the star(s)! Meaning, among "I", "V" and "X", only "X" can precede or subsede follow the "C" or "D"!

I rest my case!

The present number is:

CCCII

Zeratul 2.0

Lieutenant Colonel
CCCIV

How embarrassing! I never saw "C" "D" "M" or the "cap" before , but came up with so much reasoning
Nonetheless, without exaggeration, with I, V and X, the Roman numericals are like instincts.

This is a great game!
I want to learn how to write the big numbers that begins with the C's, the D's, the M's and even the bar over.
I can do so when we reach the corresponding floors, which I think will be soon!

We had this on one of the other threads - the count doesn't match the post number because there have been extra non-numeric posts and/or deleted ones (e.g. by deleted members) since the thread started...
