Retrieving dead forge ponts

Proposal;

I would like to suggest, if a player for what ever reason decides not to bother leveling a GB, that after a certain period of time, any player that has FPs donated to that GB be given the opportunity to retrieve their FPs.

why must a player level up his own GB ?

it is his decision if he wants to put his own FP in his GB

you are the guy who wants a reward
so for gods sake donate until it levels
