Resources not reimbursed after "Call Service Failed" error.

I had a "Roof Tile House" building (about 30secs worth), then received a "Call Service Failed" alert on screen... upon the page automatically refreshing, the house wasn't there & my 600-resources weren't returned.

Can you advise please.
