How about putting repeat button next to abort button on recurring quest. It will save lots of time.

So you basically want unlimited goods and other resources which come from RQs... If they put that button on, then they have to limit how many times CF works on RQs, let's say 50 RQs per 24 hours? As this is abusable in ways you either can't comprehend or you're actually quite aware of its abuse potential and that is the reason you ask for this?
For some players with high level CF, time required to abort all other quests is the only limiting factor which stops them from doing a million RQs a day and you want to remove that?
