Proposal:
Remove the "Reward Obtained" popup that appears when we collect from our city. Or at least make it so we can disable it via settings.
Have you Checked the Ideas section for the same idea posted by someone else?: Yes. Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested?: Yes but it was unformatted.

No one likes the pop-up.
