Proposal:
Highlight disconnected buildings in reconstruction mode.

Reason:
While in reconstruction mode, the city does not display the disconnected building. Once the change is applied definitely, the game switches back to the normal city view, and sometimes disconnected building start to show up.

Details:
It can happen that a reconfiguration of the city layout happens to be possible only thanks to a couple of buildings being disconnected. It could be very useful to display this information in reconstruction mode in order to take action before applying the changes.
This will result in a user experience that is less frustrating as when a layout reconfiguration with disconnected buildings is applied, the only way to rollback is to re-enter reconstruction mode and try to manually revert the city layout to what it was before.

Balance:
Not applicable.

Abuse Prevention:
Not applicable.

Summary:
Disconnected building are shown while in reconstruction mode, or maybe in a preview, as having all disconnection highlights in construction mode might be overwhelming. 8-)
