Hello!

I have a quest from Tribal Chief. Required: Reseach Craftwork. (reward 100 coins...)

Well I have done that but it shows like incomplete. What to do?

Hey nakkiesa, welcome to the Forums. :)

Have you actually paid and unlocked the research? Is the button on "Craftwork" green with a tick, or showing a Lightbulb?

If the quest is still not completed, please submit an in-game ticket.
Right-click anywhere in your town and select Support.

I've had a look into your account. The button is blue with a $ sign. This means you still have to pay the unlock costs(2 marble, 2 lumber)

No need to send in that ticket as this is not a bug.
