Quest misinterpretation?

The quest: "Infiltrate the Army"

Well it's pretty simple, just like the title. The objective is to scout Cuttingham, and then infiltrate the 5 sectors in it. However, even though you have to INFILTRATE, to complete the quest, I actually need to take over all five sectors. That's called conquer... So... Am I just misinterpreting the quest or what?

Haha, gotchya. So I didn't misinterpret it, I just misread it. Gotchya. ;D Haha, and sorry to disappoint, I didn't slap my head or say "ohhh." I just reread it and wondered what I read. Oh well. Thank you!
