New Idea: QI Limited Building

a 1x1 6hr limited building giving 100% each of Blue Attack and Defense as well as 100% Red Attack and Defense applicable to QI only

introduced into the game like the daunting tower was as a very limited event reward building and then later as maybe a silver/bronze reward and finally (2 years later) as a daily special
so for at least two years no one can get many multiples

or as a fragmented building from the next GbG diamond winners prize building (The Quantum Tower) 1000 frags needed 1 frag to be given out from a level 1 building and 3 from a level 2

- New buildings or items. Buildings and items are decided upon according to a feature, event, era and need to ensure they are balanced within the game
- Ideas or suggestions about new features. Those need to be put in the feedback thread created to share your thoughts about that feature.
