Not a bug particularly, more a minor annoyance.
Using the browser, in the PvP Arena you can buy more attempts using medals / diamonds, but hover over the + to do it and the pop up says 'Free refresh in: ...'
This is separate from the refresh option further below, which changes the choices of players available, so the wording on the buy attempt needs changing.
