Postmodern story quests and rewards

Hello.

I am currently in Progressive era and just started postmodern campaign. I would like to get best units as rewards from story quests. But... The rewards often depend on our choices (wchich side we back up or if we fight or negotiate our way). I always check the fandom wiki quest pages. However, I already found it inaccurate or outdated at some points.

So, my question is: which way should I choose throughout the Postmodern campaign to get the best units?
In particular, which way (to fight or negotiate) should I choose at the very beginning (vs Che Guerrero)?

To be clear. I have nothing personally against the fan wiki and mostly their content is well done. However it is not an official site of ours so we cannot comment on it or verify any of their information. If you have questions on their content, please contact them directly.
