Already Suggested: Polish/Motivat

Proposal:
I think it would be a great idea to be able to turn off either polish or motivate within our city, so that a visitor can not do unwanted or unneeded actions.

Have you checked the forums for the same or similar idea
i did a search and did not find a thread with this suggestion, so i appologise if there is already one,
Reason:
I have put in my player profile to motivate only and please dont polish as i do not need it and have even messaged entire guild a couple of times asking them to not polish me and motivate only. Sometimes people dont take the time to read, others there seems to be a language barrier, and still others just do what they need for bp's and disregard your personal needs.

Just a simple toggle that allows us to turn off the unwanted action or polish or motivat
