Hello Players,
It seems that a point exploit was available to the players for a few days, and it was causing them to receive more points then normally possible. As you know you receive points for building structures. It was intended to subtract the structure points from the ranking points once these buildings were sold. This was was not working correctly lately, which is why some players got more points then intended. Last week some players perceived a point drop. This was not actually a point drop, the invalid structure points were simply being "actualized" to the correct value. Today a hotfix will fix this issue once and for all. However as a result some players will see their points going down a bit. Remember you are not losing points, we are simply removing the points that were not subtracted previously. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope it does not disrupt your gameplay.
