Could you please clarify what it's stopped giving? And what your thought process is in coming to that conclusion?

How do you know it has "stopped" giving one of the rewards?
There's a certain CHANCE to get one of the rewards. For instance 40% chance to get 40 fps.
The chance to get a reward refreshes with every new attempt to get it. Every time you collect from the building there's 40% chance to get 40 fps. Same as 60% chance to NOT get it. The chance to get a specific reward doesn't improve over time. It's the same every time you collect.
If you don't get one of the rewards for several days or weeks it doesn't mean it has "stopped" to give that reward. It's just bad luck if you don't get the reward you want the most.

It's not meant to actually show what you'll get in advance. No other building shows the random production ahead of time. That was a bug that's now been fixed

Yes. Nothing has changed in terms of reward given. Only how it's displayed prior to collection

Of course it will, and does. Just like all other buildings that have a random reward (though none of the others had the bug to reveal what the reward would be before it was awarded)

If they do I think they should do so on everything that doesn't involve diamonds, just for consistency rather than being only on that one building
