Today I paid 8.29 for 750 diamonds. Upon clicking the purchase button I noticed that the whole screen was in German, whereas before todays update it was in English. Fair enough, I know which buttons to press so I entered my details and closed the final screen when prompted. But my diamond count did not update as It has previously.
I waited a while, logged on & off several times but still no diamonds.
I visited the forum and found out that I could contact support to raise a ticket query. Once that was done I waited a while then went into support and saw that my ticket was marked as answered. The answer was:
"Hello ,
you are participating on the German worlds of Forge of Empires right now, therefore I am afraid to say we can only provide support in German.
