The in game support are honestly all great and nice people, every time I have put in a ticket I have gotten an answer quickly, and had the problem resolved, one thing that is great about this game is honestly the in game support staff :)

atleast some Mods are good ... while others have "Power Trip" ... and If I would write their nicks here - post would be deleted...
INNO Policy on this is - U can say nice things about MODS, but when U point out they doin "bad job" .. U get banned for playing - posting
those who answer tickets are 99% normal.

yes , they are helpful and fast on responds. nobody can deny that.
if devs where similar to support team, the game would be really greater
