  • How often this occurs: Only tried once
  • Urgency: not at all, will finish it in another way
  • Preventative Actions: Nothing just wanted to progress in quest
  • Summary: The one story pagoge is a happiness building that requires a road, so it is a cultural building, but it's not taken into account as cultural building a a quest
  • I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: NO, only wanted to spoil 1
