No Merging while Summer Event is Going on

There are no merges happening in neighborhoods while the summer event is going on. So if you notice your hood hasnt changed this is the reason why.

The next merge will take place on September 8th. This is a reschedule, with the merge being moved forward a week (left to its own devices it would normally have run the following weekend).
