New special item
The new item is a special building switcher
It will apply on specific special building and will give the ability to switch from one type of building to another (from the same family)
Example
The ship
After few upgrades user is able to choose from Royal, Trader or Pirate ship
Each player will choose what he/she needs at that time of the game
Either coin,goods or army power
Now if time passes and you have different needs the switcher item will allow you to change from royal ship to say pirate
A different implementation to it is a "downgrade" item
Though for this I would recommend switcher.
You can also introduce "downgrade" item
This will take the ship in this example one step back and if player also have an upgrade kit he/she can then use it and choose the type of ship the desire now
