Special building to set production

Reason:
Prevent RSI and prevent missing production

Details:
A new building (GB or prize on an questline or to be bought by using diamonds) to set:
ALL idle supply production to 5 min, 15min, 1h, 4h, 8h or 24h
ALL idle barracks to breed a new unit
ALL idle good production to 4h, 8h, 1day or 2day

Balance:
N/A

Abuse Prevention:
N/A

Summary:
Point of this idea is to make less mouseclicks and make it easier and faster to set production.

there is already a button to collect everything and start new productions with the time you want

it is below the quests and cost 5 diamonds

Im not sure if that is a much used option .... maybe INNO could do the math on it to see if a building to be bought with diamonds could be more profitable :-)
