Neighbourhood Changes?

Has there been a rethink to the normal 2 week neighbourhood changes?

I'm only asking because, by rights, there should have been a change today [Monday 18th March] but it didn't happen, and I am now stuck with two persistent plunderers for goodness knows how much longer :o(

The hoods didnt change because they change every 2 weeks
It has been just over 5 weeks since event started
So we will have three 2 week periods being in this particular hood = 6 weeks

Now the event is over the neighbourhood merge will run as normal, but the next neighbour merge is not till the 25th of March.
