New Bug: Negative Happiness Bug with Enchanted Elixirs Emporium

Help...I have 4 of the Enchanted Elixirs Emporiums to site, but have detected a bg problem with the actual negative happiness deduction.

According to the building, it should have a negative -2510 deduction of happiness. But when I install on my map it is far worse than this.

This is my screen grab with 1 of the buildings installed:-

When I install the second building (next to the one located right side of the screen view, the following happens:-

Starting Happiness = 8,319
Addition of 2nd building = -1219 for enthusiastic > Drops to 100%
Total reduction = 8,319+1219 = 9,538 reduction.

Below is the details of the building that should affect the happiness:-

What is happening? With this negative effect, I have no use for these buildings. I spent a lot of effort ensuring that I obtained these on basis of the stats.

It's not a bug. It does not just give negative happiness. It also gives you extra population, which increases the demand for happiness.
 
Please can you send me the calculation the games uses for both, as this does not add up. The additional 5,020 people may increase demand for happiness - from 53,135 to 58,155, but my provided happiness is still 80,198 with the -2510 reduction. 80,198 / 58155 = 1.379 well above 1.20 = 120%
Something is still wrong with the calculation...
 
Alternatively take the 58,155 demand and x 1.20 = 69,786 MIN required to achieve 120%, again 80,198 is well above this threshold.
 
The happiness impact then (actual) is NOT -2510, please change the value reported against the building or try and determine where the formula is not tallying.

This has been a problem since the game began as I have never found out how the happiness vs population is calculated, another problem occurs on IPad on QI where the decorations should show negative but in fact show as positive, both browser and android app show it as negative, there seems to be a lack of consistency across platforms

Jeez, really????? Playting for so long and still being clueless???? Happiness is reached by multiplying your population with 1,4. Negative happiness gets ofcourse deducted from that. How hard is that?????
