My scout can't board the ship.

My scout is in Giant Gap. He has no arrow allowing me to board the ship to IA. What to do?

I have finished CA research. I have cleared the map, but the last sections were in Giant Gap.

Never mind. I`m on several servers. IA isn't released on the USA ones.
