my guild cannot do anything

right i put a ticket in had a 1 reply and nothing since help help approx 45 min after gvg bell last night major crap happened to our guild

1-try to collect from attomium arc or obs get kicked out the game says internal error
2-fps not counting when collecting
3-try to get into gvg map get kicked out says internal error
4- try to do ge get kicked out says internal error
5-try to get into guild forum get kicked out says internal error
6-try to leave guild get kicked out says internal error
7-if a non guild member clicks on our guild name they get kicked out says internal error
this is happening to our guild only has far has we know and is effecting every guild member
we feel like were prisoners

You'd better send an ingame support request, should get a faster response. It's a database issue for certain, but not a bug in app/browser.
