New Bug: My account is not recognized

I cannot login to the user name. it doesn't recognize my password. My user name is daneilos99. And if I'm already here I have an in-game question. it's about good neighbor initiative quest. How do I fulfilling it? Where do I find those neighbors? And what about the guilds? How does that fits in? Thanks in advance :)

The first attachment is a screen where I click the log in on the right. It then launches me to the second screen, where I fill in the data of the username (daneilos99) and password. There I remain stuck, unable to log in. What do you have to say about this?

From the images you post it shows you are playing on the US server. This is the forum for the EN server. Same language, totally different server. US server has a forum here

thing is if your account is on US server like Agent says then your not complaining on the right forum you need to go to forum in Agents message

Might not be that simple. He is posting here, so he an have an account here as well, which means he is maybe even trying the wrong world on the right server.
