Multiple Cities

I have noticed a couple of players using Multis without any attempt to disguise it. Is it allowed in this game?

It is most definitely NOT allowed to have more than one city in each world.
If you suspect such, I urge you to make an In-game ticket and report it to the In-Game Mods.

Right click anywhere within the game and chose "Support", then follow the instructions, thanks.

Seeing your thread name though,
Having a city over multiple worlds IS allowed. You can start a new city on a different world with the same account.
Having multiple accounts, however, is not.
