Motivating a Stilt House

Something I kind of noticed when playing on my lowest city: If you motivate a stilt house (which gives 16 coins ) it turns into 31 coins? Assuming this means a stilt house is suppose to give 15.5 coins, does that means every two stilts I collect, I would get 31 coins?
EDIT: Note I am talking about a delighted city's stilt house

A stilt house with no bonuses at all gives 13
With the 120% bonus, (13 x 1.2 = 15.6), 15.6 rounds up to 16.
Motivating (when delighted) doubles the 13, then adds the 120% bonus, (13x2=26 -> 26 x 1.2 = 31.2) 31.2 rounds down to 31
Motivating (without delighted) doubles the base, 13 (13 x 2 = 26), gives 26

So base coins = 13
Delighted = 16
Motivated + delighted = 31
Motivated only = 26

So if I collected from two stilt houses (with a delighted city) I would get 31 coins? (Furthermore, if I collected from 10 houses, I should get 312 coins?)

When collecting, the game only gives the rounded figures, it does not care about the decimals. The decimal figures are only used to calculate bonuses.

So no matter how many times you collect, the figures will be collected as I have listed.

2 delighted stilt houses = 2 x 16 = 32
10 delighted stilt houses = 10 x 16 = 160
10 motivated delighted stilt houses = 10 x 31 = 310
