Next minorbug :

Go to the techtree - switch to end of Early Middle Age and try to get the "Cost to unlock reward" Window from "Crop Rotations" (requirements for unlocking) and nothing happens.
All other so far from what I've seen have their mouseoverwindow, only this tech don't.

Hmm, are sure about this ?

This is not a "starting" tech, this is right next to the "endgame", so we've got one for free ?
Every tech from the beginning had some requirements in terms of goods, gold, or supplies ....

Let's take a closer look to the tech before:
"Aqueducts" costs 4000 Supplies 38 Limestone 14 Alabaster
Or a another look at the tech below Crop Rotations:
"Physics"
1500 Gold 3000 Supplies 40 Iron 23 Copper

In my point of view there are 3 possibilities :
A) Crop Rotations is free = not a bug
B) The mousover is missing, but the tech still costs something
C) Someone forgot to assign the requirements to the tech, so no mouseover could be seen

I will investigate this. In my opinion no tech should be completely free to unlock.
