Military Stats

The Battlegrounds and other sub games are asking us to select levels based on a military difficulty, e.g. +2000%. Is there anywhere in the game where I can see what my total %s are so i can know both what to select and plan on increasing? I can't find anywhere that lists the buffs and gives a total, unless it's meant to be the button in the top right corner which bears no relation to the buffs on the buildings I have. Thanks.
