Overview of the bug: The message title in the message administration is downer than it should be and a white line appears in the left half of the screen, about three quarters up.

How often this occurs: Always for a few days (6 to 7 am and 9.30 to 11 pm, western Europe time)

Preventative Actions: None that I know of but keep message administration closed
