Mars - Waste Management

I have completed the Waste Management Enz. I can not access the 3 Colony Expansions or the Refinement Station. Completed the Mars Infrastructure and can not access it or the Avatar. Who do I contact to fix this? Is this a bug issue or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any helpl.

I would try logging out and back in again (tends to solve most the issues I ever have with things not updating) If that doesn't work contact support ingame.

Thanks. Did the reload, etc. a number of times. Guess I need tech support. :-( Thanks again.
