Low bandwidth on mobile devices

When I am playing from the mobile devices with iOS or Android on the low bandwidth internet it is quite a challenge to connect to the server. Many times I need to push Login button on the home screen of the game over and over again seeing the same message: Getting worlds, and then Connection failed. Please check your internet connection and try again. Even if I can watch video at low quality on the youtube or facebook and, what is most important log in to the game from the PC within the same network it is very hard to get into the mobile version of the game. The difference is huge. If the internet speed is very low then PC version will think for some time and then things are happening, but mobile version just disconnects from the server.

Am I the only person who has this trouble?

P.S. it's not like latest update problem. I experience this more than a year.
