Looking for active communicative guild

As the title says..

I want to be in a guild where the members converse and trade well. Anyone know a guild accepting new members that is active and at least half the members communicate? I know this game is only in beta but there are enough guilds and enough members for there to be an active (at least 3/4 of members trade, message etc) guild.
