Actually, there are guilds who are so desperate for new members that they offer free rights.

Just be careful, there are players who would abuse those rights, so giving rights to newcomers and complete strangers is...well, very bad idea.

and a new unknown member wants rights from the beginning ?

and the most weird thing is:

at least those guilds don't lose much if they are suddenly dissolved
