Looking for a good guild

Hi, I'm looking for a good guild to join. I'm a a new player, still in Iron Age but eager to go forward and contribute to the advancement of others and my own. I'm online at least once a day and I like to hep and trade. So is it a friendly and pretty active guild for me ?
